Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MyTrimTeam website, early access forms, or platform services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the site or services.

About MyTrimTeam

MyTrimTeam is an operational planning and workforce coordination platform designed to support post-harvest cannabis operations.

The platform may include features related to production tracking, scheduling, workforce coordination, reporting, and other operational tools used by cultivation teams and related service providers.

User Accounts

Some features of MyTrimTeam may require creating an account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities occurring under their account.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information up to date.

Platform Participation

MyTrimTeam may allow cultivators, workers, labor providers, and related participants to create profiles, coordinate operational workflows, and participate in post-harvest workforce activities.

Participation in the platform does not guarantee employment, work opportunities, contracts, or business relationships. Any work arrangements or agreements occur independently between the parties involved.

Customer Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.

MyTrimTeam does not provide legal, regulatory, or compliance advice and is not responsible for determining whether a user’s business activities comply with applicable laws.

Compliance Systems

MyTrimTeam is not a regulatory compliance system and is not intended to replace cannabis track-and-trace systems or other required regulatory reporting tools.

Any integration with external systems such as METRC is intended solely to support operational planning and reporting within the scope of approved integrations.

Prohibited Uses

Users may not use the platform to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Misrepresent identity or organizational affiliation
• Access or attempt to access unauthorized data
• Interfere with platform operation or security
• Upload malicious code or attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities

Intellectual Property

The MyTrimTeam platform, website content, branding, software, and related materials are the property of Left Side Maintenance Services LLC unless otherwise noted.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from platform content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

MyTrimTeam and Left Side Maintenance Services LLC are not responsible for business decisions, workforce arrangements, or operational outcomes resulting from use of the platform.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

Service Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue platform features at any time as the service evolves.

We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
